BPA has identified almost $2 million in overcharges to its load following utility customers (like OTEC) with large irrigation loads. These overcharges have been accumulating over the past 8 years. BPA should return these overcharges to these customers as soon as possible. It is only fair.

- BPA has identified almost $2 million in overcharges to its load following utility customers (like OTEC) with large irrigation loads. These overcharges have been accumulating over the past 8 years. These overcharges have reduced our ability to remain competitive in national and international markets. BPA needs to return these overcharges to utilities so they can help their irrigation customers stay competitive and preserve jobs in rural areas. We want BPA to fulfill the commitment made to our utility. It is only fair.

- As a retail customer of OTEC with irrigation load it is important to me that the amount of money that BPA overcharged our utility the past 8 years for irrigation loads be returned to the utility. It is the fair thing to do and will help us remain competitive. Electricity for irrigation pumping is a significant component of the cost of our crops.
