What are the benefits of enrolling in the e-Bill program?
With e-Bill you will save time, save money, and save paper. You will save money because you won't have to pay for the ever increasing rates of postage. You will save time by not having to write checks, mail or drop off bills, make phone calls to review your account, and more. You will save paper because you can access your bill online and you won't need to write a check.
How will I receive my bill?
Notification will be sent to you by e-mail letting you know your new bill is available online. Bills are not e-mailed, but you are notified when there is a new statement available for you to access online. You can review the current bill, past bills and payment history online once you enroll.
How is my bill paid?
There are different options for paying your bill - you simply decide. Do you want your bill to be paid automatically? Do you want to view and then pay your bill online with a secured bank draft?
Can I use a credit card?
Not exactly - you must use a checking or savings account with this option. But, once you are enrolled for paperless billing if you do not choose automatic deductions you can view your bill online, then use the e-Pay system to make a MasterCard or Visa payment.
