Who can use the e-Pay system?
This option is available to residential members only.
What forms of payment does e-Pay accept?
Credit / Debit cards are accepted with e-Pay. This is a secure transaction using MasterCard or Visa only.
Is there a fee to use e-Pay?
Yes, there is a $3.00 third-party processing fee for payments up to $300. There is also a single transaction maximum of $300.00 - but you may make multiple transactions.
May I pay my bill using this feature every month?
Yes, you may use e-Bill as often as you wish, even if you are enrolled in the paperless billing program.
Will my bill be e-mailed to me?
No, monthly bills will continue to be sent by regular mail. If you want to receive an electronic bill instead of a paper bill you must enroll in the e-Bill program.
