Heat Pump Program – Performance-Tested Comfort System (PTCS) Qualified
Rebates are available for residential consumers to obtain incentives by installing PTCS qualified heat pumps. The rebate is about $1,500 for an air-source heat pump. For geothermal systems (ground-source), the rebate is $3,000.
OTEC also offers rebates for non-PTCS heat pumps of $500 for air source systems and $1,000 for geothermal systems.
