Low Income Weatherization
The Low-Income Weatherization Program provides funding to local low-income weatherization service providers to operate a program that serves consumers who are on a limited income. The home must be located within OTEC’s service territory and be electrically heated. Single or multi-family residences or manufactured homes are eligible.
