On-line BillPay
On-line BillPay is a fast, simple, flexible, convenient and GREEN way to pay your electric bill each month.
OTEC has upgraded its On-line BillPay system, which will require members who were previously signed up to re-register for a new On-line BillPay account. If you want to sign up for an automatic monthly draft or simply pay one time with an electronic check or credit card, you must sign up for an On-line BillPay account.
New users and those who need to re-register will find the process very simple - just go to the sign up page and begin.
