New bill format and explanation of charges
As many of you may have noticed, your June 2011 bill looks completely different. That's because OTEC has updated the monthly bill look to give members more information about how their monthly costs and to help them understand their energy usage over the past 13 months.
Rates haven't changed and there are no new costs - your bill simply has a new "look" to make it easier to read and understand. Members can review their energy usage in order to explore when and why their electric bill goes up or down in any particular month.

Payment Options & Billing
- Online BillPay is a fast, flexible, environmentally friendly way to pay your monthly electric bill. Click on the Online BillPay button on the left to find out how paying your bill online can save you both time and effort. .

Budget Payment Plan
The Budget Payment Plan allows the convenience of knowing that your bill will be the same amount each month. Each year in June, the previous 12 months use is averaged to arrive at a Budget Payment amount.
