Oregon Trail Electric Cooperative (OTEC) is proud to be a member of the public power community. We work hard to find affordable, reliable sources of power to serve your needs. We currently obtain power - at cost - from the Bonneville Power Administration (BPA), the regional power marketing agency for the Federal Columbia River Power System. Learn more about BPA, our remarkable hydropower system, and how you can get involved at the grassroots level in the challenges that lie ahead with regard to our power supply.
